- Starts 2nd June 2023
- 4 workshops covering Mediation ,Reki, Yoga ,Sound therapy

- Consists of 8 workshops with a Holistic and Conventional Therapies to deal with blocks to Recovery.

Therapy Closed Support Group for Recovering Addicts
Started on the 19th April 2024 Ongoing.
Most Fridays between 2pm and 3pm at The Kirkley Centre. Lowestoft.
This will be delivered by Therapists from Right Time Counselling.
